Safety

Safety on our job sites and for the people on our job sites is the number one priority for us here at Fleming Building Co., Inc.   We follow all OSHA Regulations and guidelines.  We also maintain a drug-free work environment, and demand the same of our subcontractors. 

Safety meetings are held at each job site every week, and all employees and subcontractors are required to attend. Proper attire (hard hats, steel-toes shoes and safety glasses) is required at all times.  Mandatory tie-off above 6 feet and proper certification before operating heavy equipment (certification must be on person while operating equipment).
